United States of America Payment through Credit Card<\/strong>
\nThe Status Gruppe, Inc. \u00a0accepts the following Credit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All credit cards are verified via Authorize.net payment gateway prior to processing order for shipment.<\/p>\n

Payment through PayPal<\/strong>
\nPayPal is an independent agency offering an alternative payment option, for safe online transactions. For online purchases, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal website, where she\/he can use this ID. At the PayPal site, the secure transaction takes place. After the PayPal transaction is complete, the customer will then receive an invoice via e-mail, providing transaction details. The Status Gruppe, Inc. takes the utmost care in keeping all customer information confidential. Shipping Options<\/strong>
\nOrders are shipped via UPS or USPS at the full discretion of The Status Gruppe, Inc.<\/p>\n

APO\/FPO addresses<\/strong>
\nWhen placing an order for APO\/FPO address, please enter the appropriate term (APO or FPO) in the ‘city’ field and then choose the appropriate two-letter code in the ‘state’ field. In addition, please be sure to select United States in the ‘country’ field.<\/p>\n

\nAE – Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada
\nAP – Armed Forces Pacific
\nAll APO\/FPO orders are shipped via postal service USPS.<\/p>\n

All APO-AE customers please note although the US Postal Service claims packages should arrive within 3-10 business days from the shipment date.\u00a0The Status Gruppe, Inc.\u00a0 has been experiencing shipment delivery in the range of 4-6 weeks for APO-AE orders. As we have no control over this please take this fact into consideration before placing your order with us.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Returns<\/strong>
\nIf you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be marked on your return package. Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

For questions regarding returns\/exchanges policy for international orders, please email or call customer service. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs both to and from the customer for returned items will be the customer’s responsibility.<\/p>\n

Returns\/Refunds <\/strong>
\nThe Status Gruppe, Inc. has a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of shipment subject to the following:<\/p>\n

\u2022 The Customer must contact The Status Gruppe, Inc. via email within 30 days<\/strong> of order shipment to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if applicable as it is not guaranteed.<\/strong><\/em>
\n\u2022 Returns must unused\/uninstalled and be 100%<\/strong> complete with all parts in original packing and in condition. Boxes, manuals and warranty information (if any) must be intact.<\/p>\n

\u2022 All Returns<\/strong> are subject to a 25%<\/strong><\/em> restocking fee regardless of the customers thoughts on this.
\n\u2022 A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany the merchandise.
\n\u2022 Your RMA number must be written on the OUTSIDE of the box, next to your shipping label. This is very important as returns without an RMA number will be refused.
\n\u2022 The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
\n\u2022 Shipping charges are non-refundable<\/strong><\/em> and shall be deducted when issuing the refund, if a refund is applicable.
\n\u2022 Closeout\/Clearance items, unless otherwise stated, are sold “as is” and do not qualify for product returns\/exchanges for any reason, including non-compatibility or defective products.
\nShipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
\n\u2022 Damaged shipments: the customer is responsible for reporting the damage claim to the shipping company. Please contact us to notify us of the situation.<\/p>\n

\nMany parts sold by The Status Gruppe, Inc. are intended for off-road use only and may not be legal for street use<\/em><\/strong>. The Status Gruppe, Inc. makes no representation with respect to the legality for street use of any parts sold or their ability to pass emissions tests in any State. The customer understands that it is his\/her sole responsibility to determine applicability of local, State and Federal laws and compliance with them prior to using purchased parts on any vehicle driven on the street. The Status Gruppe, Inc. makes no representation whatsoever that installation and\/or use of parts purchased from The Status Gruppe, Inc. will not have a negative effect on any warranty that may exist on customer’s vehicle. Customer understands that he assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of products purchased from The Status Gruppe, Inc.<\/p>\n

Special Orders<\/strong>
\nSpecial orders are non<\/strong>-returnable and can not be canceled after payment has been made or the corresponding order is placed with The Status Gruppe, Inc. We will do our best to accommodate special order changes (eg. color, finish, offset, etc.) when requested in a timely matter. The ability to change special orders will be left solely to The Status Gruppe, Inc… Special order items include but are not limited to the following:<\/p>\n
