Radium Engineering Top Feed Fuel Rail Conversion Kit w/ Fittings Subaru 2004-05 XT / 2004-06 WRX STi /2005-06 LGT.

Depending on the vehicle’s country of origin, this fuel rail conversion kit is compatible with the following OEM side feed TGVs (tumble generator valves) that came with the following Subaru models:

2004-2006 Impreza WRX STi (that came with side feed injectors)
2005-2006 Legacy GT (that came with side feed injectors)
2005-2006 Outback XT (that came with side feed injectors)
2004-2005 Forester XT (that came with side feed injectors)

This fuel rail kit converts the OEM side feed fuel injector setup to top feed, allowing the use of high flow fuel injectors (not included). The fuel rail injector bores are 14mm ID. Each rail features a large internal bore to suit even the most fuel hungry engines. They are CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, black anodized, and laser engraved for a high quality surface finish. All 3 ports on each fuel rail are tapped with 8AN ORB (3/4″-16) threads

Machined phenolic mounting spacers and washers are included to completely isolate the fuel rail from heat transferred from the TGV housings and mounting bolts.

Subaru Fuel Rail Plumbing

Because there are multiple ways to configure fuel hose routing, Radium Engineering does not include hoses in the Subaru kit. Radium offers a selection of pre-made PTFE hoses HERE, but does not offer custom made hoses or bulk-hose. To adapt -6AN hoses to the OEM feed and return hoses, use two Radium 14-0146 5/16″ SAE quick disconnect fittings. Note: Subaru used barb fittings on early models.

Hose routing can be configured to mimic the factory flow path using an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator, as shown below. This is referred to as a series configuration.
